These give you a full 4 year education and you agree to accept a commission in the military service whose program you participate in after you graduate.

Its never too Late- There is literally every kind of scholarship you can imagine out there, and you should not limit your search without trying. There are a lot of different deadlines, and for the most part the earlier you start, up to a certain point can make a great deal of difference. Both Military and Civilian Scholarship and Award Committees have deadlines, so apply OFTEN and Early, it can make all the difference in the world.
