3 Reasons to Go Navy

3 Reasons to Go NavyIf you’re thinking about serving in the Navy, then you’re considering being part of a proud American tradition. The Navy is just one branch of the military you could choose.

1. If you have an affinity for water and the sea, you may enjoy the Navy more than any other branch of the military. Some Navy soldiers are stationed on submarines. If you’ve seen submarines and submarine combat in old movies, don’t worry–submarines are nothing like that today. They’re some of the most technology advanced vessels in the world.

2. You’ll get great financial benefits for joining the Navy. Not only are there a variety of enlistment bonuses available, but Navy jobs pay great and will keep you from getting bored with your work. You’ll be challenged and able to grow within the United States Navy.

3. You’ll have the opportunity to qualify for Navy Seal training if you join the Navy. In fact, if Seal training interests you, you can apply for it when you enlist. That’s a new benefit, as before you had to be a member of the Marines or the Navy before you would even be considered. If becoming a Seal is your dream, then make that clear when you enlist.

Hi my son is a high school graduate with a 3.8 gpa and he wants to enlist in the navy. I have some questions and would like to speak with a navy recruiter before my son does. Can you have someone contact me? We live in Las Vegas Nv. 89032. Thank you
