Marines are, simply put, destined to serve. Here are three examples of characteristics that exemplify this concept, making it worthwhile to learn more about serving in the Marines.# 1 – Marines are always faithful, as one of the strongest principles that they uphold as Marines is for loyalty to their colleagues and their country. Marines, therefore, are trustworthy, faithful and loyal until the end.
# 2 – An excellent examine of the lengths that the Marine Corps will go to in order to serve the country is the Battle of Iwo Jima, the Japanese battle during the second World War, where against all odds the Marine Corps was victorious.
# 3 – Values and ethics are two important things that Marines uphold no matter what. The key ethics and values that the Marine Corps upholds above all else in their lives as well as in combat are courage, honor and commitment to the cause.
However, if you believe these three reasons alone dictate one serving, then you’re wrong. You see, serving the US Marines requires an amazing desire to serve your country! You must be strong and physically committed. Not to mention, you must be willing to place your own life on the line for others.
If you feel as if you are destined to serve in the Marines or any other branch of the military, you can request more information about joining today.

@nick yeah the whole concept of “my family doesn’t want me to” doesn’t,won’t and will not ever apply to you making the decision. It’s your ball your hoop and your court. Your decision point blank. What your family thinks is worth nothing. If ou feel the call to the army then do. If navy do it.even if its the branch that goes against all odds of people who you care about,do it. As stated, family has nothing to do with it. Half the time, if your family hasn’t been in the military, then they wouldn’t know. So I wouldn’t go to them as the first resource for information. When I enlisted, I isolated what my family said, and ignored everything. They had nothing more in my opinion of what branch I went in to then a brick would have if a 9 yearold set it somewhere. |
