		<description>Not so sure that you cannot enlist in the Armed Forces without being a citizen.  Remember several Canadian and Philippine citizens with whom I proudly served.  I think that one of the most important and possibly difficult questions that a young person must answer.  &quot;Do you really understand that you may be asked to use your life in defense of America and our way of life?&quot;  It is desire to serve rather than willingness to take risk that will determine the answer way beyond the monetary and adventure rewards.</description>
