Most of us have dreamt of flying at one point or another.  The US Military can turn that dream into a reality.  The Navy and National Guard branches offer free education and training to help you get your new career off the ground.  Click here to learn more.

Taking Flight with the Navy

The US Navy boasts not only an elite naval force but also commands respect in the skies.  Aspiring pilots must be at least 17 years of age, be a US citizen, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass a criminal background check in order to qualify for the Navy.  In exchange for these considerations, the Navy offers complimentary job training and education, a competitive salary, free room and board, and a comprehensive health care plan.  Your US Navy educational will provide classroom and hands on instruction on a variety of flying machines, making you one of the most well trained pilots in the air.  To see if you qualify, click here.

After Your Tour is Complete

While working for the National Guard or Navy is a rewarding career choice, finding employment after you leave will be a snap.  It is a fact that individuals that have US Military pilot training move to the front of the line for some of the most coveted jobs in the civilian job market, such as commercial airline pilots.  If you think that a career as a pilot is for you, click here to find out more.
