Cash Bonus Benefits In the Navy Reserve

Cash Bonus Benefits In the Navy ReserveThere are different types of bonuses that the Navy gives out to encourage joining the Navy Reserve. Some of these bonuses require special skills, others are designed for people wishing to reenlist, while others are open to anyone who decided to join and enter a specific job or rating. No matter what the bonus the Navy pays out bonuses in a certain way, and its good to learn how they disburse bonus funds before joining the service. The Navy Reserve takes the bonus that is promised a person and gives it out to them when they finish their boot camp training, and active duty training (such as Class A school). Most of the time when a person reached their first duty station they qualify for the entire bonus that they signed up to receive. Otherwise certain types of bonuses are paid when certain points in a persons training or career are reached, but this is not the norm. Most bonuses are paid in full at the first permanent duty station that is assigned in a person’s enlisted career. The Navy Reserve pays for three different types of bonuses as a rule, the Selective Conversion Recruiting bonus, the Basic Bonus, and the Prior Service Bonus. Each of these pays a different amount and each has different specific specifications. The Basic Bonus- The basic bonus is a cash bonus of up to $20,000 dollars if you enlist in the Navy Reserve. If you choose to enlist for six years, it doesn’t matter what rating you choose, you may be eligible for up to $20,000 dollars in bonus funds. Selective Conversion Recruiting Bonus- This is a type of bonus that you qualify for after you have served an initial enlistment tour of duty. Once you have enlisted and completed your first term of military service, you could possibly be eligible for a $10,000 dollar bonus. Are you interested in an exciting career in the Military? See if you qualify. Click Here Now! Prior Service- If you have served on Active Duty in the Armed Forces, and you choose to enlist in the Navy Reserves, then you may qualify for the Prior Service bonus, based on your six-year agreement to an additional enlistment contract. If you choose an additional three year contract, then you will possibly qualify for an additional $10, 000 dollar bonus instead of the larger amount.
