US Navy Names New Diplomat for African CommandIn recent transactions that have transpired in the US Navy, the US Navy has named a new diplomat to help the African command. The new diplomat, Mary Carlin Yates, will be assisting the lead commander for the US Navy with negotiations for the African Command. Yates has previously worked as an ambassador to Ghana and Burundi, and has proven herself successful with the transactions between the two countries. This is a first time occurrence that a senior official that has not been directly affiliated with the US Military was admitted as diplomat. The US Navy has been happy to have the addition of Mrs.Yates, as she began her new post on the beginning of October of this year. She has already proven that she can handle the situations that have been given to her, as well as having made great strides towards the betterment of the African commands and the US Military troops. It has been stated that the military has needed to bring in an outside civilian to assist with the process, and that they are happy that they have finally been able to come to such an agreement. There are great expectations that are coming from the US Navy, and will be of much needed help between the two forces. With the aid of Mary Yates, the forces are expected to have much tighter bonds between one another, and to be able to move forward with the services that they need.
