The Sabbah Nissan Sons of Iraq have been especially successful in finding weapons, and they have been responsible for turning over multiple different weapons caches to the 3 HBCT since they formed their group several months ago. They work to increase the amount of communications and interaction between coalition soldiers and the citizens, and have been a vital link in creating and fostering a level of trust with the Iraqi citizens.

The cache was discovered near Forward Operating Base Hammer. After discovering the cache soldiers worked with the Sons of Iraq to delivery medicine, water and food to people to Najidat, to the southeast of the main city of Baghdad.
