ISF Forces Work Cooperatively With Coalition Soldiers
The region in and around Khan Dari has a daily joint forces patrol, and they work together cooperatively, both Iraqi Soldiers and Coalition troops to support and defend the region from criminal activity and insurgent activity.
Recently there has been a number of different explosions that have gone off, and the aftermath has not been seriously damaging, but it has been an issue that has disturbed the community. The joint forces have been investigating and looking for the insurgent agents that have been setting these explosions.
The information that the combined forces has been getting from the local citizens has led to the arrest of 3 suspected insurgents, and the search for others has been an ongoing endeavor. The search for the cause of the explosions, or those individuals responsible for setting the explosions continues, but the efforts to find the culprits appears promising.
Citizens are bringing in different information on a daily basis, and they are also turning over IED devices and explosives that are being discovered. Soldiers are collecting these explosives and different amounts of weapons that citizens bring forward, and every little bit that is turned over to authorities is one bit of explosives that are not used against coalition personnel.
