I am scheduled for another surgical procedure on March 15th, I am in need of the documents for my doctors before the surgery. Due to my disability I must have my daughter and granddaughter travel with me to help locate the documents and assist me when needed. Physically, I will be unable to lift those items in storage to obtain the papers. Because I am still going through pre-surgical testing the best time for me to travel before the surgery will be the first week of March. I have braces on both knees, a nd a cam walker on my left foot. I had three stokes and a history of severe anxiety attacks along with ishemia, I have several other health problems including diabetes. If you can please extend to me the assistance needed to travel across country I will greatly appreciate your generosity.
