Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia-The running suit that has been selected for the United States Marine Corps has been now made available up to 125 units. The plan is to issue one running suit to be available for every member of the United States Marine Corps.It has been shipped to drill instructors, recruiters, and other high profile Marine Corps members. Members of the different training Officer academies and schools, and Marines that are coming in as new Marines are being issued the new running suit.
It is a piece of workout gear that is being very well received by the personnel of the United States Marine Corps, it is well suited for its purpose of running and working out, and the design appears to be popular among most Servicemembers.

Program manager of the Marine Crops Infantry Combat Equipment Depot, Marine Corps Systems Command, Lieutenant Colonel A.J. Pasagian says that new recruit training graduates as of January 1st, 2009 will be issued the new running suit uniform with their uniform issue, for inclusion in their sea bag.
Overall the Marine Corps Systems Command has not totally identified which Marine Corps units have been cleared to be issued the suit, but it is slowly being rolled out to Marine Units around the globe. “We are prioritizing the units based on the needs of the Marine Corps,” said Colonel Pasagian.
