Navy Seals Deploy In Nuclear Submarines

Written by Ray

Navy Seals are able to get behind the lines and accomplish things that other groups of soldiers cant do, are unable to perform.  There is a lot of military history in the last twenty years where Seals have played a role, a few of which we are aware of, and many that maybe we will not ever know.

Navy Seals operate quietly, behind the scenes performing many dangerous and vital missions.  Because most of them are highly classified, we dont know a lot of the missions that take place.  Submarines are naturally quiet and stealthy, a great fit for soldiers whose missions involve being sent in at night, and avoiding detection.  There are different treaties we have entered into since the fall of the Soviet Union, and the end of the cold war.  We have had to convert some of our nation’s capability of Nuclear Weapons delivery to other purposes.

In limiting deployment of Nuclear weapons, many Subs have shifted to conventional non nuclear missiles and weapons.  But now, with this new training program, we have a nearly custom designed method of delivering Navy Seals, on undersea vessels designed for stealth, concealment and quiet.  Delivering Navy Seal teams using billion dollar submarines may seem like overkill.  But in situations where the vessels already exist, this is a brand new exciting way to get Special Forces personnel, Navy Seal teams, to anywhere on the planet, swiftly, efficiently , and with wonderful capabilities.  This is a program that bears watching, and is one that could even be wildly successful, but because of the secrecy that surrounds Seal operations, we may never know.
