Its time for North Korea to make a move. I am sick and tired of this lingering suspicion that North Korea “might” use some of their dangerous weapons. For years Kim Jong Il has been a dangerous threat to the United States. Yet he has never actually made an attack. That is why I am saying that North Korea needs to put up or shut up. They need to either concede to UN demands and the desires of the United States or prepare for a bloody and futile war. There is only so long that the United States will allow North Korea to function in utter defiance of UN orders. Even with Obama in office I believe that North Korea can’t continue on this path. The nation truly needs to decide whether or not they are willing to go to war. I don’t believe for one second that North Korea wants to engage the world’s most powerful nation. I have always said that the weapons North Korea is developing is simply to form a power play. They are attempting to gain more respect and better terms at the world negotiating table. Kim Jong Ill may be unstable but he is not a fool. That is why he has never attacked the United States. He must realize that such an attack would be futile.
