Yesterday I promised to offer information about how a peace-keeper could practice peacefulness. Thus that will be the focus of today’s post on this blog.
When a peace-keeper wants to act in peaceful manner, then he or she makes judgements that are based on knowledge and not on claims made by others. A peace-keeper looks out for the safety of others.
A peace-keeper uses peaceful language. A peace-keeper might get angry, but that anger should not lead to the enunciation of a hateful statement. A peace-keeper might mention his or her anger, but only in order to explain what has casused him or her to become angry.
The peace-keeper always looks for a peaceful way to resolve any problem. A good peace-keeper would be creative, imagining many different ways to solve a problem.
The peace-keeper looks for the good in others. The peace-keeper encourages others to use to the fullest extent any potential that they have. The peace-keeper does not let differences between people obstruct his or her ability to see a person’s good qualitities.
