Default Common cause of Memory Loss

A common cause of memory loss is the side effects of prescription medications. Older people especially take multiple medications at once and prescriptions taken in combination can have a profound effect on the memory along with other side effects. I think drug interactions should be monitored frequently and thorough. There
should be a medical ***istant in each office designated to monitor patients' medications.

What are your thoughts?
