Default Hello and Thanks

i would like to say hello to everyone here, and send a big THANK YOU to all the military personnel. active or retired. thanks for serving the greatest country in the world!!! i am from michigan, and operate an outdoor website that has members from all around the world. all good ppl. i would like to invite anyone interested to check it out at http://thunderbucks. we have a section there called UNITED WE STAND, to honor our American heroes. i also have a friend on this site that has started his own website. you can find him at http://injuredsoldier.net my friend tony is a dessert storm vet that offers hunting trips to injured or retired vets all over the world. i'm glad i found this site, and am looking forward to getting to know some of you better. I think it is a good thing to thank our service people. It is too bad we cannot do more. Everytime there is a mailing going out in our area we try to take what they ask for to be shipped over to the troops.

My church puts together a care package of cookies, and snacks ( that are able to stay edible in the heat) along with other things that are useful to them.

Agreed. They are serving their country in a hellish place, and paying the ultimate price many times.
