Hello,

I have a small question for you guys ... It is possible for me (
Romanian citizen ) to apply for the Naval Academy in America ? ... I
thought this was possible because you guys are making an army base in my home city Constanta, Romania ( at the Black Sea ) ...

Sir we were only trying to find out for you - you probably need to speak to a recruiter. We were unable to find out for you about the academy, but are pretty sure you have to be a u.s. citizen to be in the Navy.

i asked .. because they recruit people from outside US ... to join the army ... that is why i asked if i can join the naval academy ...

I think it's a good idea to visit US military base personally and inquire for the qualifications. If there's a will, there's always a way. More power to you!

Im pretty sure that you have to have certain qualifications before joining the naval academy. But I don't think that its a huge issue. I don't know if you have to be a citizen first though.
