Default Iranian Speedboat's Threats Could Be Heckler

I read an article today that the voice heard while Iranian speedboats appeared to threaten several American battleships last week could have been a heckler that is "known" to the military in that area.

Obviously, the boats were buzzing around the ships - but the voice we heard might have been this person that is known to spend hours and hours on the radio spewing obscenities and insults. Apparently he is particularly hateful toward women on the radio as well.
