As far as the Navy version goes...
The Navy does have an alike job to the Army's crypto. It is a CT, or Cryptologist. It is typically a 40k bonus rating, and advances in rank fairly fast. If you talk to a Navy recruiter, he will be able to tell you more. Oorah!
