Can I go back to active duty?

I was in the Navy for 7 years and I left to try my way in the civilian world; however, this world was not what I expected as a result I join the Navy reserves, but I still not contempt with my decition; after think about it for a long time I decided that I was happier in the active duty and I want to go back but I don't know if it is possible or how to do it?
