Default Trying for the Marines

About a year and a half ago I tried to join the National Guard. I was medically DQ'd until 2010 because I used to have headaches that were CALLED migraines until I stopped drinking 2 liters of soda a day and started working out. So far I haven't had ANY headaches since April 2007.
Will this be an issue if I try for the Marine Reserves?
Thanks in advance.
