Lightbulb Personal Information Lost

So what if your trying to join the Military and say the recruiter looses your paper work and your personal info. and nobody knows where it could be and oh! yeah the recruiter picked up and left without telling you so there for your folder is gone that had all of your info? somebody told me to talk to J.A.G.if they can't get my personal info back... is that rite???

Well that is a new one on me (us) - I will ask around the office to see if contacting the JAG is the correct next step. In the meantime, have you bounced this off of other recruiters to get second opinions? That would be a good idea as well... I'll post back tomorrow after I pick the brains around here...

I have to wonder about a recruiter that has managed to lose any paperwork, let alone a whole file. Yes you should go to JAG.

I dont think people in such a postion will ever do such big mistake. They will have to safe guard personal infos lot better.

I don't really see that one happening because they work hard to keep that info safe and secure.

Default no he just lost it

There is no secure system. No encrypted file system Your packet was in his desk somewhere and he lost it. Plain and simple. If you are still trying to join all the do***ents that he got you can be recoverd by your new recruiter. Its a pain when this happens but I have felt that pain. He can go to the city or county and request all your docs for you. I still say you should make an attempt to talk to his First Sergeant or anyone in his chain of command....Try and talk to someone that works out side of that office. Hope helped you out.
