Default Coast Guard & Others Address Flooding on Mississippi

Due to the recent flooding in the country's mid section, the Coast Guard, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and representatives from the towing industry are working together to implement and carry out certain provisions in the Waterways Action Plan in an effort to address the high water conditions now hitting the lower Mississippi river regions.
