guy give us a chance. We don't hang out 24/7 waiting for questions - I HAVE however submitted your problem to the IT guys in charge of those email programs. I will let you know what I hear.

I just heard back from the IT guys and they tell me that the email service was mig***** to a new server over the weekend due to other problems. we logged in as several users (including you!) and it all seems ok now. Give it a try and let me know if you need your pw again. I can send it via private message.
