Have you called a Navy recruiter? they can tell you what you need to do.

Default Navy SEAL training toughest in the world?

Wait a minute. The USAF Pararescueman (PJ) & Combat Controller (CCT) training is considered the toughest training in the Department of Defense...bar non. The drop rate is approx 95%. However, SEAL training is a great warm-up for both. HA! Just a little interservice rivalry banter. Each service has it's own mission profiles requiring specific needs and training. Each one works together as a TEAM drawing on their specific talents to accomplish the mission. All Special Ops training is demanding. Not everyone can or is supposed to be in Special Ops. So, who am I? A retired USAF Pararescueman.

I have heard as well that the BUD/S training is extremely difficult. If you want to know what it is like theres a great book out called "Hell Week". It is a true novel done by a Navy Seal who is now an Instructor there. I don't know his name, but Google it you should be able to find it.
