Hi guys im trying to find a friend can you help me?

Hi, im from Spain and in 1999 i was posted in Bosnia at Sarajevo Headquarters and i would like to try and find a close friend, she was those days Navy Petty Officer and she was posted at Naples Navy Base, last notice i had of her she applied for Puerto Rico Navy base her name is Sabrina Jane Wentworth she is from California, and since them ive lost her track. Hope any of you guys can help me.
