I am wanting to go National Guard as well. The only thing that’s stopping me from going all ready is that my bmi is too much. I’m working out 6 days a week but not really getting the results I want. I mean i’m gaining weight instead of losing it. I’m pretty sure that its where i’m gaining muscle because all my clothes are getting lose on me that once fit me perfect. Any ideas on how to make sure i’m actually losing inches and not just doing all this work without results?
